Frequently asked questions
- Is a plan per account or per project?
- Per project. An account can have several projects, each with its own plan, and all of them are billed together to the account's payment method.
- What counts as a comment?
- Each new comment or reply collected in the month, by any monitor of the project. Posts, edits to comments already collected and news articles don't count.
- What happens when a limit runs out?
- Collecting new comments pauses until the quota renews, and everything already collected stays. When the X credits run out, only the X accounts pause. When the AI credits run out, the assistant, generated replies and summaries pause, and new comments keep being classified.
- How do I pay?
- By card, billed monthly through Stripe on the web. On iPhone, a plan can also be bought through the App Store.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, from your project's billing on the web, or from your App Store subscriptions if you bought the plan on iPhone.
- What does Enterprise include?
- A contract sized to your operation: the limits you need, the sources only a contract includes (Facebook groups and profiles, Google News and TikTok comments) and our team working with yours, from onboarding to reports prepared for you.
- Is there a free trial?
- The Free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card. Start there and move up when you need more monitors, pages or comments.
