What the official connections don't allow

These limits come from the networks' own rules, so they apply to every tool that uses their official connection.

Comments on Instagram accounts you don't manage
Instagram hands the comments of a business or creator account only to whoever manages it and connects it. On Facebook, the paid plans also follow public pages you don't manage.
Comment authors on public Facebook pages
Facebook shares who wrote a comment, or who reacted, only with the page's managers. On a public page you follow without managing it, comments come in without their author.
Personal Instagram accounts
Instagram opens its connection only to business and creator accounts. Switching a personal account is free in the Instagram app's settings and keeps its posts and followers.
TikTok comments
TikTok's connection brings in your videos and their numbers, not the comments under them.
Private profiles and direct messages
We don't monitor private profiles or direct messages, on any network or plan.
